🚀 Getting Started
When you first open AppProbe, your device is automatically registered. No account creation or login required - start exploring research tasks right away!
📌 Important Notice: Downloading, installing, registering, or opening this app does NOT earn you any points. Points are ONLY awarded after completing research tasks and passing review.
🏠 Browse Tasks
The Home tab shows recommended tasks for you. The Discover tab has two sections:
- Recommended: Curated research tasks selected for you
- Search: Find tasks by keyword
Tapping the search entry on the Home screen takes you directly to the Search tab in Discover.
📋 How to Complete Tasks
1 Choose a Task - Browse and tap on a task you're interested in
2 Read Requirements - Carefully read what you need to do
3 Join Task - Tap the "Join Task" button to start
4 Complete Actions - Follow all instructions (complete survey, provide feedback, etc.)
5 Take Screenshots - Capture proof of your completion
6 Submit - Upload your screenshots and submit for review
7 Wait for Review - Our team will verify your submission (usually 1-3 days)
8 Get Points! - Points are credited after approval
⚠️ Important: Submit clear, unedited screenshots. Fake or manipulated evidence will result in rejection.
� Redeem Rewards with Points
Manage your points and redeem rewards in the "Points" page.
View Points
The Points page shows your current balance, total earned, and total spent.
How to Redeem Rewards
- Go to the Points page and tap "Redeem Rewards"
- Browse available rewards (Coupons, Phone Credits, Physical Goods)
- Select a reward and confirm redemption
- Track your order in "Exchange Orders"
Order Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Pending | Order submitted, awaiting processing |
| Shipped | Physical goods have been sent |
| Completed | Reward successfully delivered |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled, points refunded |
❓ FAQ
How long does task review take?
Usually 1-3 business days. Complex tasks may take longer.
Why was my task rejected?
Common reasons:
- Unclear or incomplete screenshots
- Task requirements not fully met
- Evidence appears manipulated
- Submitted after deadline
What can I redeem with points?
Points can be redeemed for three types of rewards:
- Coupons: Gift cards and discount vouchers from various merchants
- Phone Credits & Data: Mobile top-up and data packages
- Physical Goods: Actual products shipped to your address
What if I lose my device?
If you bound a phone number, contact support for account recovery. Without phone binding, your points may be lost.
Why can't I see certain tasks?
Some tasks have restrictions:
- Device compatibility (certain Android versions)
- Geographic restrictions
- Participation limits reached
